New Hosting Plan upgrade
Question: I have received Hongie's Newsletter/ noticed in the Website about the New Hosting Plan with Better Feature and Cheaper Price, will I be entitled to the upgrade?
Answer: For most cases, Yes. If your hosting plan's price and plan name matches what we listed in our website, you will be entitled for the upgrade, free of charge. If your hosting plan is somehow different from our plan name, you may submit a ticket to our customer service department (URL: http://www.hongie.com/order/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1) to change your plan and further upgrade your account. Our executive will advise you on the new payment and update your auto-recurring charges to your credit card (if there's any).
Exception: If your hosting plan happened to be a special offer or has a different feature than our New Plan, we will not upgrade your account. For example: Resellers that previously have the feature of unlimited domain name will not entitled to the recent space and bandwidth upgrades, unless they willing to match all the features under the New Plan ( limitation of domain names).
